Don't know if it is a ffc, but just found out the county doesn't provide trash pickup, so we have to arrange our own. Nice thing to find out two days before closing.....

Also found out the people took the two bar stools that we thought were staying.....

LAME! I would be pissed about the garbage thing. Gross! I am annoyed that they pick up recycle here, but I guess I shouldn't be complaining now.

I guess what bugs me more isn't that I have to arrange for it. It was more that we dropped by and found it missing. It's been a long time since I lived anywhere where you had to arrange it on your own. Then again, I'm paying a lot less in real estate taxes too.

Oddly, the county does provide a opt-out recycling service. So need to arrange with them to send out a bin as well. Both of which will be setup sometime in January as we're not moving until then.

Why are you annoyed that they pick up the recycling?

Because you have to go out to the dump to take recycling and its hardly ever open. I want to recycle and not put that stuff in landfills, and they make it very difficult.

I want to recycle too, but gave up with the apartment complex. We'd have to take it somewhere.

Talking from a country girl, this is nothing new. I've never had trash pick up. We usually burn paper, recycle all plastics, where we have to drop off in bins, so we actually don't have a trash service at my parent's house. Hardly need it.

Oh. I forgot my confession. I hate scented body stuff. Like soap, conditioner, shampoo, hand lotions, deodorants.... They all give me a headache. I thought of this in the shower the other day, when I ran out of my normal conditioner, and then I was nauseous all day because of the horrible scent that it was.

To me it was more the idea that the trash can has been there everytime we've been out to the house until Sunday. And then it was that wtf happened to it? It's like we're in the county, but it's not like we're out in the woods somewhere. Just figured there'd be a trash container staying with the house.

Reminds me how Joy holds up two bottles of lotion and asks me which I like better. Um, they both smell the same to me? Especially after the twelth bottle of so.

No, not yet. That will wait until we decide on the ultimate plan for the kitchen. Hence part of the reason I was annoyed about the stools being gone. Wasn't crazy about them, but they worked for the time being.

Nah. Just the scents from perfumes and lotions. Sometimes I can tell the differences, sometimes I can't. Depends on what she's choosing between and how many she's had me smell.
