Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

You've got to be kidding me.....
Received a call today just before the walk through from the closing attorney. As of right now we won't be closing tomorrow short of a miracle. The title search found a loan that the seller swears is paid off, but after dealing with them this long I swear I think they knew it was an issue and were hoping it would get resolved before now.
If they don't get this fixed in the morning it'll end up costing me $600 to extend the rate lock. Hoping the closing attorney can get them to cough this up or get this fixed so it's not an issue.
