What are you ladies having for dinner tonight?
We are having baked cream cheese spaghetti. It's one of our favorites and I have a feeling this one will be the best so far!
Re: WFD?
I brought leftover fried rice to work with me. But then I forgot it in the car. I'm hoping when I go out to get it on my lunch break it's not frozen.
Your spaghetti sounds interesting. Recipe?

It's still snowing here and neither DH nor I felt like cooking so we ordered pizza and wings... And salad, of course! I can't remember the last time I had pizza. I'm probably more excited than I should be.

I've added my *touches* below, I have played with it until we like it best. :-)
Baked Cream Cheese Spaghetti Casserole
12 oz spaghetti
1 (28 ounce) jars prepared spaghetti sauce (I use hunts)
1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, minced
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
*1 small can mushrooms*
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees.
In a skillet, brown the ground beef until cooked through; drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce. Set aside.
*I add mushrooms, the itallian seasoning and a little bit of Parmesan cheese here
Cook spaghetti according to directions on packet. Drain and place cooked spaghetti in bowl. Add cream cheese, Italian Seasoning and minced garlic. Stir until cream cheese is melted and the spaghetti is thoroughly coated.
*I use the tub cream cheese, it mixes better
Lightly grease a 9x13" pan. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the dish. Put spaghetti on top of sauce and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
*i use mozzarella on top
Bake for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
