  This exactly. Even if it's not something I agree with (haven't seen one on here like that), I at least pray for a good outcome or peace for them.

  I said depends, but it really depends less on what they are asking for, and more on what my situation is at the moment. 

  I didn't feel right saying always, because sometimes I haven't. Again, though,  it's not necessarily because I don't think the request is 'worthy'.  I don't think I've ever not thought happy thoughts because of that.

  Clomid/IUI #1 3/14: cancelled due to surprise BFP 3/8/14.

  Surprise BFP turns into Surprise Twins!

  T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.

  Sure do. I will pray right after I post, and then will pray again that night before bed.

  Always. I do in the moment and again in my nightly prayer. Sometimes by the end of the night I forget the specific SN but I'll remember that there was a request. If that happens I usually will pray generally for "all the ladies on TN struggling with something" (which I generally include anyway) and trust He knows who/what I mean.
