Betas are 0! And it looks like I can expect AF to ring in the new year; yay for new beginnings.

We'll continue with my previous NNT plan the next 2-3 months because of the trip to France in August, but I've put the ball in DH's court about seeing a specialist, at the very least for further testing on me (he was like, "you already got tested back in June." Apparently, he had no idea there are way more tests they do on women.)

QOTW: I think the best Christmas present I ever got was actually a family gift. It was the year we got our first computer, way back in '97!! We pretty much all lost our marbles over that one, hahaha! I'm not sure I've been THAT excited for a gift since then.

  • @LuckyAngel07 - Yay for 0 and being able to start fresh. I hate that it had to be this way, but I'm glad you can move forward now! And lol about the computer ;) We got our first one in I think 1997 too. I can still remember being SO excited to hear that dialtone and all the whizzing and dinging for the internet. Plus I was just happy to not have to use our finicky old typewriter to write all my term papers :)

  • Nothing new here, of course.  But, I'm cheering for each and every one of you :)

One year shortly after my parents lifted the house and put in a full basement, we woke up one Christmas morning to our bedrooms finished with cool new bedding and the works.  I was probably 8-10. That's a good memory.

  • @looneylife - 5dt of one embryo has been the plan since October given our dx and my age (29).

Ah, interesting. I thought because there was only one they'd prefer to transfer it sooner.

I've got everything crossed for your one little rockstar! Grow, grow, grow!

Update:  I posted about this already but here it is again.  IUI #1 and all fertility treatments have been stopped because I've been diagnosed with complex endometrial hyperplasia, so now I get to spend a minimum of the next 3-4 months treating that then I'll have another hysteroscopy and D&C, and hope that the treatments worked.  If it goes away, then I can go back to the RE and hopefully jump right into an IUI.  If it doesn't work, then we'll continue treatments....womp womp womp.

QOTW:  One year my brother and I each got bikes, that was probably the most exciting Christmas that I can remember.  We lived out in the country and roads those bikes day and night all throughout the back roads, farms, fields, etc.  It gave us our little kid independence :)
