DS has two primary teachers and two that help in the morning and afternoon for about an hour each. I was thinking of making them all some treats and then getting gift cards to wawa or somewhere like that. Is it passe to get bigger gift cards for the teachers that are with him all day and smaller amounts for the ones that are only there an hour a day? Also, if anyone wants to share... how much do you spend on christmas gifts for childcare providers? this is our first year in daycare so this is new to me!
Thanks!
Our little hippo was as impatient as mom!
Hoping for a full 40 weeks!!
Re: daycare teacher gifts...
Jack has two teachers and 4 aides/teachers from other classes that supervise during dropoff and pickup. I gave his two teachers $25 Target GCs and the aides $15 Target GCs. Everyone also got a bag of Lindt truffles - 3 for $10 at Target this week! And I wrote them each a little note thanking them.
I did a poll on FB as this was our first year for giving to daycare teachers and most people said anywhere from $10-$20 for teachers and $5-$15 for aides.

My kiddo has 2 main teachers. They are getting a $25 GC to Amazon each. My plan is to make a batch of cinnamon rolls for the staff to share. (Not lame. I make really good cinnamon rolls)
