  • Monday: either eggs and sautéed veggies and maybe sweet potato hash browns or tuna salad

Tuesday: I have no idea. I'm going to an extended family dinner, but Its really too far to travel with any sort of substantial food, so I'll have a large lunch before leaving and have a salad when I get back. I hate to not eat at functions because I don't want to appear rude, but I just can't risk the cross contamination issue even if there were "gluten free" dishes there. It's about family time anyway, not food, and I hope they understand that. I am bringing cookies though.

Wednesday: can I list meals for the whole day? Cinnamon rolls in the morning at my house. I'm bringing a veggie tray, chips, hummus, guacamole, French onion dip, a fruit platter, cookies, and cheese plate to my grandfather's house for lunch. They'll have a deli tray and have sandwiches. For dinner we are hosting my in laws, so ham, macaroni and cheese, asparagus, red potatoes and parsley, salad, and bread. And cookies, of course.

Thursday: hosting a game day dinner with friends. Sliced turkey, leftover ham, crockpot meatballs, veggie tray, maybe macaroni and cheese again. i know we need something else but I can't think of what to make. Any ideas out there?

    Friday: leftovers probably!

Saturday: no doubt the leftovers continue...

Tuesday: Something with the two chicken breasts I've got thawing.  We'll eat after 7pm Christmas Eve service

Wednesday: Roast duck, probably a l'orange, asparagus w/parmesan basil butter, mashed potatoes, coconut pie.  It's just the two of us.

Thursday: No idea.  Grocery day.  Probably some of the leftovers from the duck, though.

    Friday: eh, who knows.

    Saturday: see Friday
