My mom was sure I was going to announce a pregnancy this year for their gift. I told her nope, and she should let that dream go for this week. She also complained about dinner and how bored she is. Um...ok time to take you back to the airport. lol it hadn't even been 24 hrs. Then when they went on a walk, I cried in the shower because A) she was saying those things, and

5 pg announcements on fb today.

So... I am sorry that I am venting and being whiny. I am just sad that it isn't me and that I always try to be responsible and do the right thing. IDK if having a baby with all this work drama, and most likely losing part of my paycheck, it would be a great time to have a baby.

We are going to talk about it after Vegas again.

There never is a right time to have a baby. I can promise you, without a doubt, when ever you have that baby everything will work out and it will be ok.

Jared's mom is extremely inappropriate when it comes to talking about potential grandkids. During dinner, she asked "are you trying or are you avoiding," during dessert she went on a speech about how Jared being away from me this year will "raise his sperm count so take advantage of it," and she tried to give us "floating rock candles for the bathtub" as gifts because they sounded "sexy" *wink* >.< The 17.5 hours we spent at his parents house this holiday season was plenty enough.

Darn facebook and the holidays. I saw tons of pregnancy announcements too. I hope you're feeling better! And that the talk after Vegas goes well

It didn't help my case that J's cousin just had her baby 3 days before Christmas... I hate the pressure. I am nowhere near ready for that yet. When do they leave? And you are allowed to vent about them!

Thanks ladies. I am feeling better. It stung, I threw my own pity party, and moved on. I think thats all we can do. I am extremely excited for Vegas. I am sorry that all the baby talked happened with you ladies as well, but I am happy that I am not alone in this!

Still no letter of release of the sellers loan. The bank has confirmed it verbally twice, but the lawyer needs to have it IN WRITING!!!! The bank has been telling them that they'd have it within an hour or so since Thursday. Since they didn't have it the end of day Friday our 10am Monday closing has been changed to 2:30pm Monday and that's based on nothing but hopeful thinking. If it doesn't close Monday then it goes into next year and I get to beg and plead with my bank to extend the rate again and hopefully not charge me again.

I think I would ask your agent at this point to have them pay the loan extension, on the terms of not keeping settlement. If they don't have the letter, then they pay the $600.

I can ask, but thanks to the State of Virginia, I can't force them to do so as long as they're making a good faith effort. And since it is their bank and not them holding this up, it is considered a good faith effort.
