Suggestions for NYE?

We were supposed to be coming home and going to the ILs for pizza - but now, I have no clue what to do! We are *hoping* DH will be let out of quarantine tomorrow - no fever, although temps yesterday were in the upper 98s (high for him), and not throwing up, although he's still not eating normally. But I don't know what to do a) if he's still sick and b) if he's not! Suggestions?
