Signs (sort of pr)
I'm not usually one to put stock in the universe/God/a higher power reaching out and flashing a big, bright, neon sign in our faces, but last night, I think I got one of those.
I was working at an upscale hotel's lounge/bar for NYE. It was me and another girl in our sparkly dresses. After passing out several trays' worth of drinks, we were mostly just hanging around the party, getting ready for midnight to hit. A young woman, who had been standing several feet away with a group, approached me just before midnight. She said she was a spiritualist (? I don't know if I heard her properly, but I think that's what she said). She told me she was getting extremely good vibes off of me, and at first I thought she was just complementing me on a positive "aura" or something. But then she said she "saw" really good things coming for me, asked if I'd ever had a reading done, if I'd like to sit with her and do one, etc. Because I was working, I told her I'd have to decline, but maybe I'd find her afterward.
She left shortly after midnight, so I didn't get a chance to ask her anything further. I just thought it was strange/funny/coincidental this woman should come up to me last night of all times, telling me she so strongly felt really positive things for me, when I had the BFP and worries about it sticking so strongly on my mind.
