FYI: We don't want to exclude some ladies, but this is a check in for ladies who are unfortunately having trouble trying to conceive (TTTC=3T). If you've been trying for more than a year and/or have been diagnosed with any form of infertility OR are now pursuing adoption or have decided to remain childless following a 3T journey, you are welcome to join us.

-Lulubunny1: TTC since March 2011, DX: MFI and slightly high prolactin. MRI shows no sign of tumor on pituitary, still needs HSG but all testing has been put on hold for now.

-MrsTRAV: TTC since March 2009, DX: Pituitary Microadenoma with surgery to remove tumor. Waiting on RE for treatment

-nfp147: TTC since Jan 2011, DX: crappy sperm

-poppies717 - TTC since Feb 2012, DX: unexplained. Moving to IVF in winter 2014

-PrincessLeah77 ? TTC since Feb 2012, DX: low ovarian reserve

-rccola1981: TTC since April 2011, DX: dx to mild PCOS, endometriosis and low sperm count

-Rockabye: TTC since Dec 2008, DX: PCOS with no ovulation at all. 2 failed Clomid/IUI cycles. Injectables April 2013 = BFN.

-Seahorsey: TTC since October 2008, DX:Unexplained IF with failed IUIs and IVFs

-Sweetpotato123 - Diagnosed with PCOS August 2012, all tests clear for both me and Mr (will be doing another HSG hopefully in December just in case) . 4 unsuccessful rounds of Clomid, 3 femara/inject iuis with 1 chemical and one miscarriage just shy of 6 weeks. Going for more testing to look at cause of losses and trying to stay hopeful.

-Xan921: TTC since March 2012. DX irregular and anovulatory cycles; also DX with Complex Endometrial Hyperplasia.

Updates: As I mentioned in a previous post earlier this week, my impatience for a BFP has gotten the best of me. Gonna give supplements a try and restart charting and OPKs for the couple of months leading up to our next visit with RE in April. Hoping for a miracle, but if not, at least we have a plan in place for the next BIG step.

QOTW: The biggest thing I want to accomplish this year is getting my ovaries to do their job and bringing home a baby! Second biggest is getting my job moved full-time closer to home before this summer (Phoenix in the summer is the WORST!).

FFC: I love my DH, but we need some friends in our new town! We are boring each other to tears over this past week that I've been off work!

Starting provera Saturday to induce AF, then starting IUI cycle #4. Really excited about the new protocol and in a good headspace.

QOTW- we paid off all debt this year (except the mortgage) so I want to save big $$ to buy our next house.
And of course it would be awesome if my body did what it is supposed to do and we got our take home baby in 2014.

We've officially passed 5 long years of TTC now. Ugh. Still no update, though. My body is still doing who knows what. I went shopping for SIL today and my heart hurt. I'm excited about my first nephew, and I really am happy for them, but it hurt my heart. On another "sad" note, I had my third nipple removed at the dermatologist today.

QOTW: I want a 2014 baby. Other than that, I want to lose at least 40lbs.

CD3 here. Last cycle was a total bust. It was the first (unmedicated) cycle in 2 1/2 years that I didn't have any CM or get a positive OPK. I did ovulate though, just couldn't predict it ahead of time. I'm hoping for better this cycle. I started a new job in December so I don't have leave yet. Therefore FET #1 is on hold until at least next month. We also switched insurance so I have to get another referral from my PCP and have the RE submit for approval, so it's good to know we've got time to get that done.

QOTW: Is it weird to not really have a goal to accomplish?

FFC: A couple years ago, I did a mass defriending on FB of anyone I thought could conceivably become pregnant "soon". Included in that group were all of the people DH and I had met at our weekend encounter before getting married. I always felt badly about it, but I needed to protect myself. On NYE DH showed me a post from one of the girls in our encounter group hoping for a more "(re)productive 2014" with a picture of a bracelet engraved with "IVF warrior". I sent her a message and we started talking and it turns out they're doing IVF #4 next month. So I guess my FFC is that I suck and overreact and automatically assume everyone else is fertile.

Update - See my newest post. I'm looking at the positive though. My parents spent all this money on the YouBrew for us, but I couldn't really enjoy it. I'm making myself a pot of caffeinated goodness right now. So what if it's 4:45 in the afternoon? Oh, and after that some of my girlfriends in the neighborhood are coming over to drink with me. I have great friends (one of them cried on NYE when I told her about my BFN 7dp5dt).

QOTW: this is my tenure year at work, and I'm hoping it happens.

FFC: I really want to take the blast pic off of the fridge, but I think it will upset DH. Let him take it down, right?

I hope it is okay that I join y'all now that we are going through testing. As seen in my newest post, I had bloodwork done today and will have an HSG done when AF comes (probably end of next week beginning of the week after). DH will be getting a SA done soon. I'm going to push him to schedule it tomorrow. My doctor said that they will allow him to bring a sample in, so I think that will be better for him.

QOTW: Like everyone else, a baby. I also want to continue to grow my relationship with DH. We have a great relationship, but I want to make sure that the 3T stuff doesn't get in the way.

I'd just tell him you'd like to take it down and ask how he feels about that. Your feelings about it being up are just as important as his feelings about taking it down.

This is it. I'm back to being serious about weight loss. I've lost 4 lbs over the last two days of being sick....so woo hoo for the jump start!

My tentative plan is January to lose the last 5-10 lbs. February to redo tests. And IVF 2.0 in March or April.

GAME ON, MUTHA FUCKAHS.

FFC: I kind of want to stay home from work again tomorrow. Even though my fever has been gone since early this morning.

QOTW: I want to have more money in savings. But, I also want to travel more. Those two things don`t really go together. Traveling will likely win over...and that`s okay

@FutureMrsWright2012, again, GL with the supplements until you get back to the medicated cycles in a few months. Hopefully, you won't even need to go back to that route!

@sweetpotato123, GL on this IUI cycle!! FX your take home baby is right around the corner.

@LooneyLife, I hope this next cycle goes better with predicting O. And if not, crossing everything you can move forward with FET in another month and that it's successful.

@poppies717, again, I'm so sorry! Words can't even begin to say how upset I am for you. You enjoy your booze and your caffeine; be crazy and cut loose! Next protocol will do better for you.

@Aimothy, you can do it!! Kick ass, and bring on the IVF!

@nfp123, hey, if traveling wins out over saving, at least you've got tons of awesome stories to tell and places to remember in the future! I say that's a good year!

I got an unmedicated positive opk! Yay! I don't expect anything at this point but it feels good to see two lines on SOMETHING!

QOTW: My goal is to lose enough weight by June to start further treatment. Also, my goal is to stick with my therapist this time and work through my crazy.

FFC: I bought Tom a lot of candy for his stocking that I love and ate a ton of it and blamed it on his friend. And I didn't feel bad.

Nothing on the baby making front. Still suppressing my ovaries.

But.... I'm seeing an adoption counselor tomorrow. If IVF results in a bfn, our plan is to proceed with adoption quickly. Part of the process requires counseling. I want to a) learn more and b) sort out feelings before the beta. So, appointment 1 is tomorrow. Plus, even if I get KU and have a baby.... We will still someday want more. And I really hate IVF.

I asked him if we could take it down. I told him if he wanted to keep it, he could put it in his office. He took it down immediately because he didn't want to look at it either. I'm so thankful it's off the fridge.
