Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I'm not trying to lose weight, obviously, but I want to stay healthy. My goal when I go back to work is get 3 gym visits in a week. I am only planning to do 30 minutes max, either treadmill or arch trainer. I am going to go at a slower pace too. I just want to keep cardio up to keep my lungs strong and maybe give myself more energy.
Once I'm out of my first trimester, I found a prenatal yoga class I want to try out.
I haven't thought of a reward for myself, but that may motivate me to actually go to the gym. I'll think about it and post on Monday.
