Wowee what a roller coaster! But SHE is awesome! 6 lbs 13 oz. 19 3/4 inches long. Latching like a champ just waiting for my milk to come in.
Induction was fine. Cytotec at 10:30 pm, pit started at 3 am, got checked and was 1-2 cm and o% effaced so water was broken at 9 am Monday. Was to a 7 by noon. Asked for my epidural but it didn't set up right so they tried to tix it but that didnt work. so then they went with a spinal which was awesome for about 30 minutes. Then my bp was really low and baby started having decels. Needless to say I was wheeled back to the OR at 3 pm, and she was born at 3:18 pm Monday by c section.
Only took Vicodin once today, otherwise I'm just taking Motrin for pain. It's such a surreal moment with lots of tears and I can't stop holding her and staring at her. It's truly amazing.
