What is your earliest memory? How old were you?

Re: QOTD 1/8
I was 3-4 and was at my cousin's apartment. Both families lived in the same apartements and they were on the floor below me. Cousin and sister are 10 years older, so I got to watch a lot of scary movies during this time... cousin let me watch Pet Cementary. Sister went to the fair and won a stuffed cat, and put it on our bed. I went up stairs to our apartment and went to our bedroom... saw the cat and FREAKED THE F OUT - and locked myself in the bathroom. Took my parents a while to coach me out and show it was fake.
I was eating breakfast with my siblings. I didn't sit at the table with the rest of them, because I was pretending to order food at the counter. I was probably 4, not sure... I read a while ago that long term memory doesn't develop until your 4, so that's a good number to go with.
I also remember eating in my high chair once.
I always had this memory of being in my mom's bedroom with all of these blue and purple balloons. A few years ago, I was looking through old pictures and saw that those balloons were at my grandfather's 50th birthday party. I would have only been 9 months old at the time! I think that's WAY too early for a first memory, so I'm wondering if those same balloons were used for another party when I was a bit older!
I have no idea why this is all underlined...I can't get it to stop!
My cousin and I are just over a year apart, and our brothers are 3.5 yrs older than us (her brother is 1 yr older than my brother, who is 3.5 yrs older than me, get it?) Well, at Christmastime our brothers got gum and I wanted some but couldn't have any. (because we were too little...but all I remember is me and my cousin wanting gum for Christmas like our brothers and not getting it...all the other details are for context and have been told to me by others)
Later I learned that the only time we went to their house around Christmas was when I was 15 months old...that's crazy right?
Then I remember not wearing pants at my third birthday party (which was 2 months early due to us moving)
