Getting you caught up (long)
Aww. Well I have been tired this week.
Vegas was a good time. Saw Jen and J in the airport both flights were delayed. It was nice to share a cab and save a few bucks. D and I checked out the Hell's Kitchen restaurant in Paris. It is pricy so we only had a cocktail. I had a strawberry martini and it may have been the best drink I have ever had. Then had some dinner and stood in line for a yummy dessert. Bed was really nice that night I was exhausted from the stress of having a sick boy the night before.
Day 2 we ate at my favorite little restaurant on the strip. Mon Ami Gabi. I love people watching and sitting in the patio. We then had a wonderful spa day at The Hotel at Mandalay Bay. I was relaxed and rejuvenated. We met Jen for dinner at a newer Mexican place in Aria. Then D and I were ready to gabble. We made 3 really stupid bets and lost $600. Yikes! I slowly won it back after 5 or 6 hours of playing roulette. We met a really nice couple from Canada and I wish they lived close. Really nice people. Got to bed by 4am. I hardly remember the last time I have stayed up that late.
Day 3 had brunch at hash house a go go. Thanks for the tip Am! I had to watch the episode of man vs food after eating there. Then did my co workers hair for her wedding and watched football. Our flight was delayed and finally made it home around 1 am.
Bridal show- went really great. It was so busy and I was so tired bit met over 100 brides to be.
I have been playing catch up the last couple days and now getting ready for New Orleans. I leave on Sat.
