Do you eat the skin?

In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!

Re: CP: Baked potatoes

  • I'm a SS- I only eat the skin when I am at home. If I'm at a restaurant I only eat the insides.
  • I read somewhere that the skin is the healthiest part of the potato, so I always eat them.

Plus if I make them at home I can get the skin nice and crunchy and yummy!

And now I want a baked potato!

  • Loooove baked potatoes! I usually only eat the insides, but DH makes the skin really yummy sometimes, and then I'll either eat the whole thing or have several bites with the skin.

I really just love all things potato :)
