Putting off reading the end
I'm loving the book that I'm reading (Anathem by Neal Stephenson), and I'm down to less than 100 pages to go (out of 1010). Over the past few days I've found that I've been reluctant to pick it up, and I realized that it's because I don't want it to end! It's not one of those books that's action-packed, so it's not so much about finding out what happens (though I am curious). It's more that I've spent so much time in this alternate world that I'm reluctant to finish it, because I don't want to say goodbye! I'm eager to move on to something new, but I don't want this one to end!
Does this happen to anyone else?

my read shelf:
This is me too. Afterwards, I'm always so mad I flew through it and didn't take the time to linger and savor the words.
