Ideas for toddler activities.
I mentioned in the Friday thread that I'm watching my niece tomorrow. She'll be 4 this month and is super active. She needs to be doing something constantly, any ideas for activities? Everytime I watch her I feel like I'm boring her to death, so I'd like this time to have thing for her to do.
Re: Ideas for toddler activities.
I have a little paint set for her. I either luck out and she'll sit quietly for an hour painting, or she'll make a giant mess and be over it in 10 minutes. She really likes to play hide and seek, but being honest I get sick of that by about the third time she tells me to hide.
I like to idea of dress up and baking. She's not very girly so that's probably why I never thought to do that before. It's going to be in the 20s so we might go play in the snow for a little bit. When I watched her this summer she was happy just running around my yard, but it's to cold to do that.
If all else fails there is a McD's next to my house with an indoor playground!
We always resort to indoor playground when you can't go outside and the kids are getting antsy.
Mom's on my local board love the paint dots, they said it's cleaner... What about candy land?
