We put our stuff away this weekend too and our house looks so sad. When I was taking the tree apart Annabelle kept taking the ornaments and trying to put them back on. :-(

I was bummed to out mine away last weekend. To make myself feel better, I put up my valentine decos this weekend. And bought decos for Valentines Day, St. Patrick's Day and Easter while at Christmas tree shop.

You can all come look at my my decorations....they were supposed to come down today until we spent 6 hours in the doggy ER. And next weekend we go to the in-laws..so it sounds like you have a few more weeks to look at my tree!.

I hated that Christmas seemed to come and go so quickly this year, but I was glad to get the decorations down. My kids are still singing Christmas carols and asking for Christmas music on the radio, so they're keeping the spirit alive. Our anniversary is at the end of this month and our daughter's 1st birthday is at the beginning of February, so we're looking forward to that.

I know, I know... I was happy he did that, dishes, and took all the tubs of decorations down... but I miss Christmas!

For real. Greg watched me almost throw the tree across the room because the lights were tangled and I couldn't get them off. I was about to strangle him with them as he sat on the couch. He did carry all the crap up stairs to put away though, even if it did sit in the hallway for three days, it finally made it up there.

We had a showing so we didnt have a choice of when it came down. Then the boys hauled everything to the shed. I was ready for everything to be back to normal. Wasnt much in the spirit this year and it took me way longer than average to even deorate.

I am so sad.
