What is everyone eating this week?
What do you do when you get in a food rut?
What is your go to "healthy" meal?

When I am looking for inspiration I either go through my cookbooks (I have like 20 and am always looking for more) or look to pinterest.
I don't really have any go to healthy meals which is why I asked the question. I'm a lazy cook and want easy.

I need to go grocery shopping badly. When I get in a rut, I try to find new recipes to try. I've been in a rut for a while I think...

I'm usually really good about it, and meal plan on Thursdays, then prep everything on Saturday or Sunday. But I was away for the weekend. So my planning consisted of absolutely nothing.
Hopefully we don't resort to take out.
