Don't mess with the fangirls on here. I love that line. It says so much about her character.

I'm going to assume its a promo edit and the actual scene will be the full line at least until I see the scene in the actual show.

I made DH watch it about 4 times. I think I'm even getting him excited about the show and he's never had any interest in the books.

She never tells Fitz. The only people she tells in book one are Jamie and Brother Anselm.

I am ridiculously excited and incredibly optimistic about this show. Caitriona looks like she's going to nail Claire.

My only gripe is that there was not nearly enough Jamie in this trailer.

And that this show is going to make me hate so many people. The second it starts there are going to be poser Jamie fangirls all over the world who don't know shit about Jamie.

I feel like I'm going to hate everyone on Twitter who "discovers" Outlander. When I explained this to H last night, he didn't understand the hate I would have then said, "Oh god. You're one of those people who says, 'I loved this band before they became popular.'"

I assumed it was Jamie. She tells him when he rescues her from being almost drowned at the witch trial, and she's all wet in that scene.

Not sure when the line you're referring to happens, but it's not in the cabin with Murtagh right after he snatches her from Randall. That scene happens in the book exactly like it does in the trailer - he asks her who she is, and she says "Claire... Claire Beauchamp" and that's it. She does say "who the hell are you" a lot, but not in that scene

And I think it could definitely be Jamie she's talking to when she says she fell through time. I can see how it looks like gray hair but it could just be the light, it's so hard to tell.

If she weren't wet and naked, I would say they just threw that "confession" in somewhere else, but since it's obviously after the witch thing I can't imagine who else it could be.

I can't wait.

I feel ridiculously protective of this series. When people talk about how they've just started reading it, I'm all " I read this foreverrrrrr ago " which probably annoys the hell out of them.
