Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Anyone have back pain
When ovulating? According to my period app, I should ovulate tomorrow. The right side of my back feels so sore and stiff. I've had times when I've strained my back, but that was the whole lower back. I remember having it a few months ago, but forgot to keep track of where it was in my cycle.

mine were always in the abdomen region not in the back, but it could certainly be ovulation pain!
