Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

WTF boss - How about you talk/yell at me when I do something you think is "wrong" instead of waiting 5 months. It has no baring on what I'm doing now. Go ahead and tear me up in my evaluation if you want, I can't wait to see how my back up can handle 3 months without me. He fell apart when I got married and it was only 2.5 weeks. Maybe then you will see what I do.
