In the meantime, we got here Friday night to find we had no hot water. Went to the home warranty's page to file a claim. The company we got assigned only works Mon-Fri. Looked up the problem on Google, went to Lowes this morning, spent $8, and fixed the problem in five minutes. The deductible on the warranty is $50, so figured I saved $42 today, plus got working hot water a whole lot sooner.
