Hold 'n slice from pampered Chef. Chop up onions in like 2.5 seconds! Cut in between the spaces, then across while it holds it in place. So simple but I love it.
My mortar and pestle. I seriously use that thing several times a week.
My wine opener, because it gets to the good stuff!
I honestly don't have a non electric gadget that I use with any regularity. I'm a little bit spoiled when it comes to electronics in the kitchen.
Hmm, I would say probably out citrus juicer.

and apple corer. I read somewhere it was one of the most useles kitchen gadgets, and i DISAGREE.
