I have a feeling....(neighbor related)
I have a feeling my neighbors are either going to be kicked out or arrested very soon. I will be SOOO happy! 
Backstory: We live on a nice cul-de-sac, except for having a rental next door that is in desperate need of some repairs and repainting. Anyways, new renters moved in just before Thanksgiving. We knew they'd be trouble right away, a bunch of young guys with their pants down to their knees, driving junky cars. I hate to judge, but turns out our first impressions were right.
We have called the police on them three times, could have called more but didn't want to annoy to the police, because they throw parties constantly, and they must be deaf because the music is crazy loud, and they always have cars coming in and out all day long. Also, I never see the renters leave for more than thirty minutes at a time, so I don't think they have a job. DH and I suspect they are involved in drugs of some sort.
Anyway I called on them last weekend, the cops came and they turned their music down, but twenty minutes later we heard them turn it back up even louder! So we had to call again, and this time after the cops left there was silence. Oh how I love silence.
So fast forward to today, their landlord showed up this morning and gave them a small package, and about an hour later an unmarked truck pulled up and two cops jumped out. They were only here for maybe 5 minutes. So I don't know if maybe the neighbors didn't answer the door or they only had something quick to tell them. I just hope it means they are in trouble, because they deserve it.
I really want them to leave!

Apparently the guy renting is paying for it with his military allowance. I would love to get in touch with his CO. Oh and the property isn't supposed to be rented, since it's not up to code.
I need to get some popcorn, it's going to get interesting.
