Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • So I didn't work out at all last week because I was in too much pain.  I actually stayed home on Friday because I was cramping so bad.  I feel much better this week and H and I have made a commitment to work out every night plus work on house projects.  We've gotta get on it or we'll be little heifers come summer time!

  • My trainer flaked on me twice last week but I can't get mad at him bc I don't pay him, regardless I still made it to the gym 4x. Had my usual sat/sun sessions which are easier for me to get to bc H is home and I don't have to drag the baby to my moms to watch her for me. This week my plan is tues, fri and sat with my trainer with a cardio day or two somewhere in there. I need to get past this weight I'm stuck at right now before I lose my motivation!
