Nestie Magic
As you ladies know MIL passed away almost 2 years ago and she left us a house (mobile home and land) and her car. She was a semi hoarder so going through her house was a pain and a huge process. Then last May we had a freak storm with tornados that blew out all the windows and half the roof among other things. At that point we had just put MIL's house on the market (for sale by owner) so of course no one was gonna buy it then.
Anyways we had lots of rent to own offers but honestly we never wanted to deal with that. All offers had stopped coming in months ago despite the HUGE drop in price due to all the damage. We had a recent offer of rent to own by a friend of mine and H's which we were going to do just because we know them and just want it gone at this point until yesterday. A guy called H and wanted to see the property today so we went and showed him and he offered us $1,000 less and H and I accepted it and tomorrow he is supposed to get everything started.
Please pray this all goes through and everything works out. We could have it sold by the end of the week if all goes perfectly! This couldn't come at a better time for us and we are just ready to get the last thing done! Lots of Nestie vibes and wishes would be great!
