I think making babies sleep on their back is cruel. C hates it and screams every time I lay her that way. I gave up.

I think it depends on the kid. I had Lexi sleeping on her side, but she always rolled on her back. She was never swaddled (she always managed to get out of it).She never cried over it thought.

Ava Nichol loved being on her belly and she still sleeps that way...I am a stomach sleeper too. It definitely depends on the kid though just like it depends on the person.

If they like it they do it on their own. Making a baby lay on their back is another thing. Ladies on my bmb roll their baby into their back even if they roll to the side because they think the baby has to sleep that way. C won't do it.

Oh i gotcha. No, that's stupid. Already forcing a kid to sleep on their back? I was always told to have them sleep on their side in case they spit up while sleeping. Allows them to not choke on it. Very scary to me.

I feel bad for Tori Spelling. All those kids? I'm sure this was a 'it won't happen to me' situation... It sucks for her and her family. And his ex wife and her family years ago, but still. Sucks.

I love snow too, but only if it's enough to actually snow us in. Otherwise it's just a huge pain in the ass.

Speaking of snow...

We haven't had any snow this month

we got an inch and a half in December one day. What the heck? Where is our winter? I am sick of 40s and rain.

My UO for around here at least. I hate not having seasons. I want hot in summer and snow in winter. It just rains and rains and rains here. So dreary. I can't see the beauty in the state because I am so miserable.

I don't know how much different the climate is up by you but I just adore the weather here. I was in CA for three years where we truly had no change in climate and was so happy to have seasons here. And originally being from Chicago and DH from ND, we don't mind the more temperate winters and summers. Being buried in snow or sweating in humidity both suck.

@bobcee we are on the peninsula close to the mountains. The weather is a little different than Seattle weather. I know most people around here love the weather but I love warm weather and humidity and I hate the constant drizzle. Then again I have never lived anywhere else so I guess I don't really know. I don't think I could handle Chicago weather either haha.
