TGIF girls!
So what is everyone doing this weekend besides trying to stay warm?

Re: Happy Friday Everyone!
Tonight: I'm doing that volunteer event at Jake's school, then I might take him somewhere after that for some one-on-one time since Brian can pick up Liam tonight. maybe bowling? not sure.
Saturday: our carpets are getting steam cleaned in the morning, woohoo!!
Sunday: checking out another church, no plans the rest of the day (at least until later that night, when I'll watch Catherine & Sean's wedding!)
Jake - 1.15.08
Liam - 5.17.11
DH is playing poker with the guys tonight so I am going out for Indian food with the girls (since he hates Indian food).
Tomorrow we are having friends over for a game night. We'll probably play charades or something. Or just drink and BS :P
Has anyone played Cards Against Humanity? I haven't but I know it is the "hot" game right now and wonder if I should get it.
Tomorrow - I have plans to go to my dad's, but if the weather's bad we'll stay home.
I think I am headed to a hot yoga class tomorrow to help ignore how cold it is. EJ has dance class and we need to return library books. I should get myself a book too. It has been too long since I read anything. Suggestions are welcome for something that I am likely to actually find in the library are welcome
Tonight we don't have any plans other than the usual take out and DVR catch up.
Saturday we are heading out to get some ideas on what we want to do with our kitchen. We have a birthday party in the afternoon. Not sure what we're doing in the evening.
Sunday we are doing something as a family for Garrett's birthday, but I'm not sure what yet!
Monday is Garrett's birthday (He's THREE! How did that happen?) and I have the day off, so we have plans to do something with friends.
@csuave - I have heard of Cards Against Humanity and tried to get it for DH for Christmas but it was sold out everywhere (unless I wanted to buy it for $150). They have a free download online that you can take to be printed, but I was too lazy for that.
The kids are leaving and dh and I are having a date night <:-P !
And I agree, this weather has got to go. The kids are starting to climb the walls. And it sounds weird saying, "it's too cold to play outside. When it warms up we can play in the snow."
I need to get the guest room straightened and start putting away Christmas tonight. Hope to finish that process this weekend, one way or another.
Out of the blue, Todd said "I hate January." Can't say I disagree this year....
We actually aren't big fans of Cards Against Humanity, and we're not easily offended. Part of the fun of Apples is trying to make something dirty/funny/offensive out of something that's not, and there's just not much cleverness to CAH. But I will say that some of the cards are hilarious! Sometimes we use the black CAH cards with the red Apples cards, that's a fun game ;-)
