I have an overabundance of library books that I need to plow through. The cold weather is making me want to hibernate. Other than that, some errand running and our childbirth class tomorrow morning.

DH wants to go to the winter carnival tonight. He wants to see the ice sculptures.

Saturday I have my nieces birthday party. She just turned 4. Don't know what we will do after that.

Sunday, one of DH's cousins is getting confirmed and then we are all going to lunch.

Nothing that exciting. Next weekend will be crazy though!

Getting my hair cut today. H and I need a date night, we've been kinda at each other this week. Probably visiting my parents at some point... Sleeping.

Weekly date night tonight, cleaning/gym tomorrow followed by some kind of fun dinner, and Mass on Sunday followed by a potluck at one of Chad's colleagues houses, to "bond" with the new attorneys that just joined the firm (lol).

We are determined to get our house renovations done. We started in August 2012 and did all the major stuff, so now we need to finish the detail work. Things like baseboards, repainting all trim work and doors, replacing door knobs, just tedious work that we've been putting off way too long! I really want it to be done by my birthday party since it's at our house.

The goal for this weekend is to finish the second bathroom. We already ripped up the laminate flooring, but we need to put some solution down to remove all the adhesive and then scrape it all off. That's going to be tons of fun!! *sarcasm* Then we are laying down tile, framing out the mirror, installing new lighting, and repainting it. I had painted it a pretty sage green, but H thinks it needs to be more "neutral". Sage green is neutral; H just doesn't like green. We'll probably just paint it the same light gray as the rest of the house.

Also, one of my good friends and her husband are moving into a new house this weekend, so we may take a break and go help them for a couple hours if they need it.

Random thought - You know you're old when you prefer working on house projects all weekend. Like seriously, I never thought I would be as excited about my laundry room as I really am! lol

Nothing really. Both of us work today till 4. We're picking up Chinese for dinner, so I'm a bit excited about that.
Otherwise, probably spending the weekend at home. Too cold to really go anywhere.

That sounds like something Chad would say!! Of course when we look at colors he usually picks something super dark, like it's NEVER neutral or light. It would be nice to have a navyish color paint in our bedroom someday, but not a dark color in every room!

Sean tends to gravitate to blue. Everything he likes is blue! The whole house would be blue and brown if I let him decorate on his own! And he's opposite of your hubby - doesn't like ANY dark colors.

Ugh, men. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em! :P

Was supposed to meet up with my old coworkers tonight but cancelled since I have a headache.

Was supposed to go out to central ny this weekend for a good friends birthday but more snow is on the way, and more in the direction we were headed so I cancelled that too.

Going to enjoy yet another weekend of relaxing and doing nothing! Maybe I'll actually get some cleaning done!

No plans. We went out for wings tonight. I have a few errands to run and then relaxing for the rest of the weekend. I skipped laundry last weekend, I feel like I have triple the normal amount for this weekend
