Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

DH has an interview!!!
DH sold his bussiness this summer after all that crazyness with the tenants and being out of work for 6 weeks, and has been starting to look for jobs in education. He always wanted to be in education, but dropped out of college to start his bussiness. (We just found out he only needs 3 classess to get his assoc.! He'll be working on that as well). SO, he applied for a few jobs as a paraprofessional! not great pay...but we can have insurance taken out of his paycheck so we don't have to do COBRA while I'm on materninty leave!!! Sooo worth it. It is not in the same school district, but similar contract over there. I'm so excited I just have to share. AND they emailed him before they posted the job and told him to apply for it!!! (in MA, there is a website that all school jobs are listed on, and you can post your resume on it too for employers to contact you) AND there aren't very many men paraprofessionals, and with some kids (in behavior rooms etc.) it's really an asset. So, if you've got some spare brain activity, send good thoughts his way. Thanks!!! (sorry if this is rambl-y)
