Hi ladies! It has been a while since I've posted on GP, but I'm back because I have a few questions about TTC and using OPKs. Earlier this month I had a Mirena IUD removed. I don't really have a good sense of what my cycles are like at this point since I didn't really get AF with the IUD. I think I should be ovulating soon though. I got some cheap OPKs and I have been testing 1-2 times per day. So far no positives and the line isn't even really getting darker. The last time I used OPKs I noticed that they got darker until I got a positive result. I believe that I read that this phenomenon doesn't always happen, but I wasn't sure if it doesn't happen for every woman OR if it is variable month to month.
I was also wondering what time I should be testing. I was planning on doing twice per day once I get EWCM, but CM has been kind of throwing me for a loop. In your experience is it better to do second morning urine or later in the day? Does it really matter?
I do know that temping could probably help me get a clearer idea of what is going on, but I'm not really interested in temping just yet. For now I'm just going to wait and see.
Thanks for your help

I often got a fade in pattern but I know that's not the case for everyone. Good luck.
