Win: We have enough money put aside to pay off H's car in full, and 2 of our student loans. YAY!
Whine: We're just waiting on the appraisal to come back on the house to be able to finish up the refinance then put our lump sum toward the debt.
Win: I'm at the office by myself tomorrow.
Whine: Everyone is in the office today so I can't call the other 2 Dr's I wanted to get opinions from regarding the lumps on my breasts. Get out of the office people, I want to make personal phone calls without you hearing.

@sparklingdiamond It honestly makes us sick at this point. We knew this was something we could do, but just never had the drive and desire to make it happen. Now that we do, it's saddening how much money we threw away each month.
You guys will definitely get there. Just stick with his plan and your strict budget.

I do not blame you there one bit.
One of our goals is to either build our dream home on my parent's land or buy a home at the lake. I've told H the only way I will do either one is if we pay 70% in cash for them. The thought of getting a mortgage after just paying everything off, makes me sick.
