Postpartum Food Sensitivities
Anyone else notice any changes in what you can/can't eat after baby? I used to be slightly sensitive to milk, and could handle it a lot better while pregnant, and now postpartum I am much more sensitive to it. I may even say I've become fully lactose intolerant.
Sorry if this topic has been talked about already. I'll blame mommy brain. Lol
Re: Postpartum Food Sensitivities
Maybe you will go back to somewhat tolerating milk again when you stop breastfeeding but I know that is still a ways out.

(I know that was probably incredibly not useful, I just wanted to throw that in since I know the IBS part)
