Someone on FB is obsessed with dressing up her kid. The kid is 2-3 months old now, but she has been doing it since the kid was born.
She bought the kid tons of pairs of baby shoes (20+). There are pictures of the theme outfits she purchases from etsy.
It's like the kid is a doll or accessory and it bothers me.
She is dragging the kid *everywhere* all the time. I don't think they are ever home.
She posted a picture of what the baby was sleeping in (all night) at a friends house. It was a laundry basket with a BED PILLOW in it (as the mattress). Crazy SIDS risk!!!
I guess I think of babies as small adults, just as much of a person as anyone else. It seems like maybe she doesn't and it makes me sad.
