Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I should have stayed home
We have a waterfall (leak) in our breakroom about 20 ft away from me. This happened last month, but now they don't know what's causing it and it won't stop. Ceiling tiles are falling and they said the instillation is soaked and won't dry. At least they shut the power off in there - you know water and electric isn't a good match. AND the sound is making me have to pee every 5 mins.
AND the fans are still off, so it's still 88 degrees in my cube. I'm in a tank top - It's FEBRUARY! It's been a week since we put in the work order. I'm already on my 2nd bottle of water. I've been drinking 4-5 of them plus juice and I was still told on Saturday I was a bit dehydrated. It's just too hot and dry to keep up!
Sorry - I just needed to whine a minute.

So they figured out leak, or it just stopped on it's own.
Now to bug boss about the heat...
I put it in myself, and when he comes over I'm going to ask him about it.
I commandeered 2 more fans... it's helping a little.

Later he came over trying to see if there was a way to turn the heater down, so we will see.
Heater is off, my vent is on - My cube is 79 degrees WOOHOO better than 88!
But now the leak has taken over 1/4 of the floor.
