Snow Day!

I got a snow day today! Woohooo!!! My college closed last night around 9:45. Awesome!!!
We got like 8 inches of snow, and now we're getting freezing rain on top, because just the snow wasn't enough.
DH also has a snow day, so we're both home hanging out. I still have to go to work later, which is really lame, but oh well.

Anyone else get hit with the snow storm?

Re: Snow Day!

  • We got some snow. I know a bunch of school are cancelled here. I am still at work though since my work doesn't close for bad weather. Enjoy your extra time with H and drive safe into work tonight, especially with freezing rain! YUCK!!

My SIL and I last night got Pre-K-3 - 5th Grade completely done in the memory book. It is turning out wicked cute! We also layed out the cover page and discussed the layout for 6th Grade - Senior. We should only need one more long night to finsh the whole thing. I am so excited and can't wait to see it done!

  • We have snow now. It snow a bit over night but now its really coming down.

I did not get my shutterfly book done for ds1....dang! Next sale it is!

    Happy hump day!
  • what do people like better for birth announcements - 1 pic or multiple pics?

  • Hi. I am at work and ready for my second nap of the day. This cold is sucking my energy.

  • Degrea - I envy you for your scrapbooking skills! A friend of mine used to do scrapbooks, and I always wanted to do them, but I started one and thought it looked boring and stupid, so I never finished or tried to do another.

Echo - booo for missing the sale - good thing Shutterfly has sales all the time!
I've never gotten a birth announcement, so I can't say what I like better. I think a couple pictures might be nice, though.

  • I am. Just tired. My eye is MUCH better but still red and puffy.

Echo. I like the one picture. As an infant I don't think multiple pictures show much.

  • Echo: One picture for me. Usually of the face in black and white. But I am sure whatever you decide will be fine!

Aggie: Hope you feel better! Boo sickness!

JLQ: You should pick your book up again. Mine aren't anything special and when I compare them to others online they are boring. But it is fun most of the time and I find that I love the fact that all my pictures are organized and in a book. Someone asked me the other day where I stayed in HI and I was like I can't remember let me look. Got out the scrapbook and bam there was the name of the hotel. Awesomesauce!
