  Male genitalia certainly aren't particularly pretty, but that seems kind of mean to tell him you're disgusted by his testicles. Frankly, I never have occasion to look at my H's scrotum while having sex, so I can't say I relate. I look at his face, or whatever part I do find attractive, or else at nothing, dependent on position. Why can't you look ahead while in reverse cowgirl instead of down? Or look at his legs?

  
  

  I will say I was shocked and a little weirded out the first time I saw his penis, but that was largely because I had zero idea what to expect, being incredibly naive and sheltered when we started dating.

  I just try to avoid looking at the parts of my partner that I find unattractive during sex. We alter positions to better suite our tastes.
  So maybe reverse cowgirl isn't for you. You can get a similar feeling if you both lay on your side, and your top half is bent forward with your butt pressed up against him. Then you don't get a chance to see his balls without really trying.

  Thanks for the advice ladies. After reading the comments I do feel like I'm being a bit of a bi*ch. I love my husband to death and maybe telling him his balls disgust me isn't completely necessary. I am being honest though! Manscaping and different positions...got it, thanks!
