Don't know what to read...

I'm overwhelmed with my options and nothing is jumping out at me and sounding interesting.  I have 15 library books checked out, plus 10 ebooks checked out on Overdrive.  9 galleys waiting to be read from Netgalley and not to mention the kindle and nook books I own and haven't read.  This truly is a nerd problem.  It seems like at times like this I resort to something I own and have read already to get me through my drought (or whatever you call this).

No one else can understand my dilemma so I figured I'd share.

Re: Don't know what to read...

  • What are your options? Maybe we can help!

  • Time for a clicky poll!!!
  • I feel this way sometimes. I also feel like I have so many options that I need to make the best choice and that's too much pressure haha.

  • I hate that feeling - when there are so many books and nothing is appealing at the moment.

Will a clicky poll allow you to have 34 options?

  • Man, and I thought I had it bad with my indecisiveness over 9 books.

But I agree, sometimes all you can do is go back to a past favorite to get you out of a reading slump.

  • Sorry @fabk, I tried starting a new thread with a clicky poll and have no idea how to do one with the new format.  I guess I'll have to figure this out by myself.

  • @fabk This sounds like March Madness for book nerds :) I could get into this!
  • I've been feeling this way myself lately. I finally decided to pick up on the book I left off at last in the Outlander series. I wasn't looking for such a long book initially but it's really helped to jump back into a series with characters I love.

What books are you deciding between?

  • @xdanniellex Click the arrow beside new discussion. Choose create poll. I think from there its similar to what it used to be.
