BR: Snow Day

Yay for panic in the South! We have a mere inch of snow on the ground (but not the roads) and work and classes are already cancelled/closed for today and tomorrow!

Here's to reading on the couch for two days!

What is everyone else up to?

  • That's awesome!  It seems like the snow has missed us every time.

  • We're supposed to be getting a big storm tomorrow night into Thursday. People are going nuts already - planning for school closures. Forget about getting milk or bread - shelves are pretty bare already!

  • yup just like brittk, everyone is preparing for the snow we should be getting tomorrow night/ Thurs. I can never expect my clinic to close, but there is talk we might just do that.  I am a-ok with that since that means I can play in the snow a bit and mostly curl up and read :)

  • I am probably jinxing myself but this is the first day in I don't know months(?!?! Seriously) we haven't had snow.
    Enjoy your snow day!!
  • We're supposed to get more on Thursday, a foot-ish, I'm over it.  I can work from home so my biggest thrill will  be not driving and wearing PJs all day.

I don't understand the egg issue, but seriously, my house cannot exist without milk.  Husband uses it occasionally for cereal, but the girls and I go through between 4 and 6 gallons a week.  Bread is for making school lunches, if there's no school, they can eat other things that are less portable.
