Stupid Question....

Keeping up with my water intake eases BH, right?

They've been more frequent (one every hour-ish) than usual these last couple days.  The only thing I can think of that's been different is I'm not drinking as much water recently for whatever reason.

Re: Stupid Question....

  • Yes. Keeping up with your water is very important. I suck at drinking water - too much of it grosses me out. It was the same way my last pregnancy. I went to L&D because I was having painful frequent BH. They monitored me and made me drink a whole thing of water. The BH stopped soon after that.

  • Thankfully, they haven't been painful.  Just annoying.  But I've noticed my fingers swelling a bit today.  My engagement ring is feeling snug like it does in the summer.

  • Whenever I had swelling or other issues, my OBs always told me to increase my water intake. Usually I hear "drink water and put your feet up" to help with consistent BH.

  • Thanks, ladies.  I can put my feet up at work...I just need to remember to actually put them up on the paper box I have under my desk.  I keep forgetting it's there.  lol
