isn't the cold.  And believe it or not, isn't the snow.  It's the god damn STATIC!!!

Every February I end up chopping my hair off because I can't stand it.  I'm trying really hard to resist this year, but it's so frustrating sometimes!

Anyone have any tips?

    Really?  How would one go about using it..?  I know that probably sounds stupid, but I only ever used hairspray when I was in middle school to achieve a look similar to this:

    I just put a little bit of lotion on my hands and run it through my hair. Stay away from the roots to keep hair from getting greesy.

    As for hairspray get a light hold one and just mist a little on your hair. Sometimes I spray it on my fingers and run through...

    ditto the lotion. Or rub a dryer sheet on your head. It does help.

    I hate static...its super bad at work. The thing I hate most is dry skin. My hands are the worst because I wash them so much.
