Has anyone seen the LYFT cars?

I've been seeing them around my neighborhood a ton the past few days. They crack me up every time I go past one.

Will Pittsburgh be seeing more of these mustachioed vehicles around town?

I'm hoping they're better than our current taxi service. MIL has been getting to the airport super early because DH has had to drop her off at the bus on his way to work because taxis weren't showing up for her. Maybe this is a better option to get back to the airport when she comes the end of the month. Picking her up is never an issue, but we're always working for her flights home.

  • I heard about that! I think that might be a great option for when we go out and everyone wants to drink. Especially because it's affordable. Hoping it works out here.

  • I read an article about them on the PG yesterday.  We used UBER in LA when I was out there for a conference and went out to dinner in an area where hailing a cab to go back was impossible.  It was super fast and convenient. I was impressed and jealous because our network of cabs is the opposite of dependable. And like Sarah, I think that if we had more options for cabs people would use them more often, especially when going out at night.
