Mostly a lubricant that is sperm friendly. However, this past cycle, my acupuncturist suggested it to me after I discussed my lack of EWCM. Can't hurt to try, right?
dx: Unexplained IF (mild MFI)
TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3
TI, 2 IUI = BFN
I have had some allergic reactions to lubes in the past. I could use KY natural and definitely needed it: on the pill or off - I've just been dry.
Green tea helped during my FW, but we also bought the sperm-friendly preseed. We actually like it and will continue to use it as needed: TTC or not. I think it's worth it. And FWIW, a little goes a LONG way so the expense it worth it. Which is awesome because I really don't want to bring it across the border again for a very long time. I still can't believe they looked for pails of fertilizer for 30 minutes and I am glad that I didn't have to explain it
Congrats to my TTC buddy Madeline!

You only need to drink it up to O! Than you can take a break. It's not really important once you've O'd, since the whole point is to help you produce more/quality CM, and especially EWCM.

I've used it, it is a nice lube and you don't need very much.
