  • Whoo hoo! I went yesterday! I still cant run further than half a mile, but Im trying.
  • Friday - yoga was cancelled

    Saturday - toning/zumba

    Monday - ripped

    tonight I'm going to go to the gym and walk on the treadmill. I need something in between my monday night and friday night workouts!

  • I have decided to stop being a pansy.  I stopped running/working out because of my weight loss from being sick.  Not to mention I just wasn't feeling well for a quite some time.  I told myself I'd start up again once my health situation stabilized and I got my weight back to a certain number and was able to maintain it.  Then I started my new job and was using the change in my schedule as an excuse.  Plus I've been telling myself it's too cold to run.  Well no more!  Without further ado, here is my contribution to this thread:

    Saturday - 30 minutes of interval cardio...which should have been 50, but it kicked my butt.

    Sunday - 30 minutes of toning/cardio with free weights...again, should have been more.

    Monday - 20 minutes high intensity cardio

    Tuesday - 30 minute weight/cardio circuit workout

    I'm hoping to get a run in on Thursday since it's supposed to be 46 degrees.  Fingers crossed!
