Welp, baby wasn't cooperating this morning, so there will be no gender reveal today. I finally convinced myself it would be better for my sanity to find out so I could plan better (I hate most "gender-neutral" baby stuff and now I really want to know! For someone who was on the fence about finding out in the first place, I'm way more upset than I should be. I just feel so let down. Plus, now it means no yummy dinner at our favorite Italian restaurant; there's no point. Double whammy.
The good-ish news (besides the fact that everything else looked good - and believe me, I'm thankful for this!) is the tech had a problem getting one of the pictures that she needed, so it's up to the doctor to decide if she wants us to try again. It was a heart picture, so I would hope that's an important one! If not, I don't know what we'll do. The thought of waiting to find out til I deliver is no longer appealing to me. At all.
Stubborn child! And DH is probably the least stubborn person I know, so we know whose fault it is! Sigh... I need a pick me up.

Re: A/S fail
Oh no! That stinks. Hopefully you'll get another chance so they can get what they missed. With any luck baby will cooperate then. Sorry

edited for spelling.

"People talk about escapism as if it's a bad thing... Once you've escaped, once you come back, the world is not the same as when you left it. You come back to it with skills, weapons, knowledge you didn't have before. Then you are better equipped to deal with your current reality."
