Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Stomach Bug
Yuck. I'm stuck at home today with a stomach bug. Of course it hit me about 2 hours after I left my OBs office, so I felt pretty silly calling them like 'I know I was fine two hours ago, but now I'm not...' Thankfully they put me on some medicine that's at least allowing me to keep fluids and some food down.
Apparently this sucker has been spreading around town the last few weeks! I've been traveling so much, I'm guessing I picked it up on a plane, but who knows.
