Do you and H eat dinner at the table or in the living room? Why?

We eat dinner at the table but that's only because of the baby. Before that we ate in the living room in front of the TV.

It's probably 35% table and chair/ 65% table and couch. We can watch TV from either one.

In the new house, I hope we increase chair time and decrease couch time.

We eat dinner sitting in front of the TV on the couch. I'm hoping to slowly start changing that habit but I'm sure it'll be hard to break for DH.

Oh, what a question. This can cause fights in our family. H is more sit down and eat, the chef in him. Im so tired and just want to lay on the sofa and eat a sandwich haha. Many nights we running around so we are not even together for dinner, we have been trying to sit down and eat at least 3 nights a week.

Since it's just me and H we usually sit in the living room. If I make a big breakfast then we will eat at the table or if we have people over. Ethan starts eating baby food next month so we are going to be eating at the table more so we can feed him as well.

We almost always eat on the court. I hate it and we agreed to stop once we were in the house. 4 weeks later, we are still eating in front of the TV. We have had nice dinners at the table and if people are over. Oh well, one day.

When we first moved into our house, I made it a point that we needed to eat at the table. Lately though, we've been eating at the kitchen island (which is closer to the tv in the kitchen). We'll definitely be moving back to the table once baby arrives. We eat in the living room maybe once or twice a year.

We always use our table for supper. On a rare occasion (usually if we're watching sports of some sort) we'll eat pizza on the couch. But even that's rare

We eat on the couch in front of the TV, unless it's a special occasion or something that really should be eaten at the table. However, we're getting a new couch delivered on Monday, so maybe we can change this habit!
