16-22 Feb Work-out Accountibility!
Who's being good and getting their work outs in?!

Re: 16-22 Feb Work-out Accountibility!
Workouts:
I get a random bug up my butt that I need to workout, so I will that day. Then a week later I realize I haven't worked out since. Lame.
Food:
I've been on a salt binge lately. It happens, lifestyle changes do not happen overnight and I'm only human. I recently just haven't had the energy to put the time it takes to cook meals that are low in sodium. February is also a tough month for behaving, everyone wants to take me to dinner for my birthday and then there's Valentine's Day on top of that. It just gets tricky because most restaurants meals are 1400-3500mg a serving.
Hoping to get back on track this week. Swimsuits are just around the corner. It's 40 in Minnesota today!!! That's shorts weather around here!
Food: I've been doing ok, i have my moments, i try to only weigh in once a week bc i hate the scale and cant let it determine how my day/mood will be!
In more bad news, when I went to the doctor about the aforementioned neck pain, I saw in my medical records my current weight lined up with where I was right before I got married, and boy was that an eye-opener. 20 pounds since the wedding? NOT OKAY! So I'm back on Weight Watchers and down 5 so far. Losing weight generally isn't as much an issue for me as maintaining after I get sick of shelling out the money for WW and go off the plan. So that's my next task, figuring out a plan for when I reach my goal.
